Fly into San Francisco International Airport, then go to the lower level, center island, and look for Color Code Blue. That will be the departure point for the Airport Xpress to Sonoma County, which leaves every hour on the hour from 5am until midnight and will drop you right at the front door of the hotel in about 90 minutes.
Or rent a car and go north on 101. After awhile you'll cross the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco into Marin County. Continue north on 101 into Sonoma County and exit at Golf Course Drive; take a right onto it. Then drive a little ways until you see the entrance of the hotel on your left.
