Nothing

By jim sloman.

Nothing holds up a mirror to the mind so that we can begin to glimpse our own mind's process, and "behind it" the essence of our true nature.

As our stories and beliefs become less important, what's left is a deep listening. "It becomes like the pat-pat-pat of the rain, vanishing into silence." Ungraspable, yet nevertheless present.

This non-journey to where we already are is illustrated through stories, quotes and fables from various paths and traditions. Ink drawings are by the artist Tonia Weeks.
